Hobbywing Xerun XR10 Justock G3S Brushless Speed Control ESC 60A, 2s-3 LiPo, BEC 4A
Product information "Hobbywing Xerun XR10 Justock G3S Brushless Speed Control ESC 60A, 2s-3 LiPo, BEC 4A"
The XR10 JUSTOCK G3S controller offers even more setting options and finer adjustment to your own riding style than the normal Justock G3 controller. Specially developed for racing and training rides, both 0-timing and an RPM limit of up to 88,000RPM are of course available. So get ready for a fair and successful race. Another new feature is that the motor can rotate both clockwise and counter-clockwise thanks to the Justock G3S controller. The equally adjustable BEC voltage opens up countless possibilities for combining the controller with the other electronics of an RC vehicle. There are also numerous safety functions such as reverse polarity protection, which is ideal for preventing damage caused by incorrect connection of the battery.
The Xerun series from Hobbywing comprises exclusively sensor-based brushless systems for professional racing use. The product range extends from 1/12 to 1/8 scale and from "Modified" to "Stock". The excellent performance, high reliability and several other features meet the high demands of top-level drivers in all respects.

Electronic speed controllers in RC model making - more control, more driving fun
Electronic speed controllers (ESC for short - Electronic Speed Controller) are the heart of modern RC models. Whether it's an RC car, airplane, helicopter or boat - speed and handling cannot be optimally controlled without a precise speed controller. In this article, you will learn everything you need to know about the functions, advantages and selection criteria of electronic speed controllers for RC model making.
What is an electronic speed controller?
An electronic speed controller controls the speed of the electric motor in a remote-controlled model. It receives signals from the receiver and regulates the power transmitted to the motor accordingly. This allows you to accelerate, brake and (with bidirectional controllers) reverse with precision.
Modern ESCs also offer numerous additional functions such as
-
Soft start for smooth starting
-
Brake modes (e.g. drag brake for crawlers)
-
Motor timing for fine-tuned performance
-
LiPo undervoltage protection for battery safety
Brushed or brushless - which type of speed controller is the right one?
With electronic speed controllers, a distinction is made between brushed controllers for brushed motors and brushless controllers for brushless motors.
Brushed ESC
-
Simple construction
-
Less expensive
-
Suitable for beginners
Brushless ESC
-
Higher efficiency
-
More power and durability
-
Ideal for ambitious pilots and racers
Important: Brushed and brushless systems are not compatible with each other. Therefore, make sure that the speed controller and motor are compatible.
Important criteria when buying an ESC
When buying an electronic speed controller for your RC model, you should consider the following aspects:
-
Current carrying capacity (amperes): Must match the power consumption of the motor
-
Number of cells (S): Compatibility with the battery used (e.g. 2S, 3S LiPo)
-
Operating mode: Forward / reverse / brake - depending on the intended use
-
Programming: Many high-quality ESCs can be individually configured via program card or software
Conclusion: The right speed controller makes all the difference
A high-quality electronic speed controller noticeably optimizes the handling of your RC model . Whether you are looking for a powerful brushless system for high-speed racing or a sensitive controller for scale models - with the right choice, you will get the most out of your vehicle.
Tip: Look for brand quality from proven manufacturers such as Hobbywing or Cayote to ensure long-term fun and reliability.
