- Product not in stock, what next? -

If a product is not available or not in stock, you can use our notification function which you can find on each product page. Please enter your e-mail address if you want to be informed as soon as the product is available again. Once you have entered your e-mail address you will receive an e-mail with a link for verification.

- Forgot a product? -

In this case please send us an e-mail including the product number of the product you want to add and also your order number of your current order. We will add this product to your order and send you your revised invoice incl. the additional product.

- Questions to the article or technical advice -

If you would like to have more information about any product or if you need any additional advise, pleace check our product description on each product page. You can also send us your inquiry by using the below link "Do you have any questions concerning this product?“. This link will guide you to our inquire form. After completion you will receive an answer as soon as possible.

For technical questions or information about products you can also use our inquiry form, which is available as a link  on each product page. In addition various setup sheets are available for download in our download section.

- Advantage of registration -

After registration you have the advantage of a faster purchasing process. You are not asked to fill out any online form because it is already filled out with the details you entered during the registration process. In addition you have the possibility of saving interesting products in your wishlist, to which you can get back at any time.

- Personal data -

After you have logged in into your you can change your personal details such as address and payment method any time.

- Forgot your password -

If you have forgotten or lost your password somehow, please check the link "Forgot your password" under the "My Account" section. Please enter your current e-mail address and we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please click the link in that e-mail in order to reset your password.

- Registration not successfully completed -

After you have successfully registered in our onlineshop you usually receive an e-mail confirmation. If this is not the case, please check your spam filter or your e-mail address which you have entered during the registration process. For further problems please contact us by e-mail or use our contact form. Please do not forget to enter your name and your e-mail address.

- No access to our onlineshop -

In case you cannot access our onlineshop, please fell free to send us your order by e-mail. All we need is the following information:
• name and address
• product description incl. product number
• quantity

- Order not received -

In case you still have not received your order, but you usually should have received it by now, then please contact us. Please use our contact form or send us an e-mail to info@tonisport.de incl. your order number.
