The high-quality steel chassis from WeiRC is THE tuning alternative for your Xray X4`26 touring car. The 1.2mm thin chassis is heavier than a carbon fibre or aluminium chassis and lowers the centre of gravity of the vehicle enormously. The advantage of using a steel chassis can often be better handling and an "easier to drive car".
INFO: To use the chassis you need the matching screw set which is also available from WeiRC (WEI-SCS-X426). We also offer this as a complete set (WEI-SCSET-X426).
Update 27.11.26: To mount the aluminium upstop components on the chassis, a 0.25mm washer must be used. This must be fitted between the chassis and the aluminium part, without the washers the screw cannot be tightened. The original Xray screw must be used.
