Our special screws are characterised by the following features:

Each screw specification is manufactured with its own independent mould. The precision exceeds that of mass-produced screws of the same size and ensures that the screw head sits perfectly flush on the steel plate after installation without protruding, preventing deformation of the plate.

The screws are made of carbon steel with a silver-coated surface and have a strength class of 12.9. The recommended tightening torque for all M3 screws is 0.8 N-m to achieve a longer service life and better resistance to frequent assembly and disassembly.

The depth of the screwdriver engagement has been customised to ensure that the recess is deep enough for secure tightening, reducing the risk of slippage.
