The SkyRC Mini HeatVision ITV500 is an ultra-compact thermal imaging camera designed specifically for RC pilots. It allows you to detect critical temperatures on the motor, ESC, battery and connectors non-contact and with precision – before overheating causes permanent damage.
The ITV500 measures temperatures from -20 °C to 300 °C with an accuracy of ±2 °C and displays them in real time on the 1.83-inch touchscreen. Three selectable colour palettes (Rainbow, Iron Red, White Hot) clearly highlight hotspots; the hottest and coldest points are automatically marked. The emissivity can be adjusted between 0.01 and 1.00, enabling reliable measurement of a wide variety of materials, such as metal motors or carbon fibre chassis.
Weighing just 38 g and measuring 46 x 38 x 20.1 mm, the camera fits into any tool bag. The 600 mAh Li-ion battery offers up to 4 hours’ runtime and is charged via USB-C. Firmware updates can be carried out via drag & drop (UF2).
