Sanwa M17S Gas- and Steering Potentiometer - Complete Unit
Potentiometers generally have a service life that depends on how many cycles they go through. Although the wear of the transmitter potentiometers depends on the driving style and the differences in settings, potentiometers wear out with long-term use. A worn potentiometer leads to a reduction in response speed and impaired stable function. Replacing it with a new ST & TH unit can maintain the performance of the transmitter. SANWA recommends replacing the ST & TH unit every 200 hours of operation.
Note: After replacing the ST & TH unit, a new calibration must be performed.
