Practical Quick Lock gold plug set from MR33.
The cables are soldered from the side in the small recess of the plug.
A thread is screwed into the plug through the aluminum screw cap.
This ensures that the blades of the plug are pressed outwards, resulting in a secure fit of the plug in the socket of the battery.
Available from MR33 as 5mm variant in red/black
