High capacity and low centre of gravity for 1/10 off-road and touring cars

With the new 2026 specification of the MC4 series, Intellect is once again raising the bar for shorty competition batteries. The BL2S5000MC4 Low Centre of Gravity Shorty was developed for drivers looking for maximum grip, a very stable voltage level and a low centre of gravity in a compact 2S format.

With a capacity of 5000mAh, this LiHV Shorty battery offers extended riding time without unnecessary extra weight. The 120C discharge rate provides strong punch when accelerating out and keeps the voltage high throughout the run, even on high grip tracks with demanding layouts.

Thanks to the latest Silicon Graphene cell technology, the battery has very low internal resistance, reduced heat generation and improved cycle stability. As a LiHV battery, it can be charged up to 4.35 V per cell, with a nominal voltage of 7.6 V. This results in a noticeable increase in performance at the start of the race and a consistently strong power output right up to the finish line.
