Introducing our brand new Xero Friction bumper foam set! We present to you the ultimate in bumper foams. You might think, “Foam is just foam”, but we have focused on developing a bumper foam that perfectly meets all your requirements. 

It is cut into strips of the appropriate size, which are fitted in the centre and at the sides of the bodywork for stabilisation. Body stops on the front hubs are very commonly used nowadays and are set so that the body comes to a halt before the chassis touches the ground. In this case, the chassis moves beneath the body, causing the bumper and body to slide against each other. 

With standard EVA foam, friction occurs between your bumper and the foam, causing the body to catch on the bumper and create irregularities. Our Xero-Friction foam features a very thin film layer on the outside of the foam, so that rubbing against your foam or 3D bumper drastically reduces friction and prevents any snagging or irregularities. 

 The foam can be stacked on top of each other and is available in three different thicknesses of 1 mm, 2 mm and 4 mm for very fine adjustment. Furthermore, the foam adheres excellently to your bodywork and will not come away under any circumstances. In fact, the adhesion is so strong that the foam will peel away from the adhesive before the adhesive comes away from your car body.
