Introducing our X-Lite Duo Flex Centre Body Stiffener for 1/10 EP Onroad! The ultimate lightweight body stiffener for your car. For use with 0.4 or 0.5 bodyshells to prevent the sides from vibrating at high speed and throwing the car off track! T

he two (i.e. 2) struts stabilise the centre of the body and limit vibrations and movements of the body sides. This is usually best suited for high speed tracks and windy conditions to make the body as resistant to the elements as possible. The X-Lite Duo Flex design features flexible centres and ends to relieve pressure from the bars during use. The ends are connected with a 1 mm thick carbon fibre rod and the entire structure is pre-assembled for your comfort! The stiffener has an arrow in the middle that should point forwards.

The stiffener can be mounted in different places to achieve the desired stiffness. Antoine Brunet mounts his stiffener directly above the windscreen so that the wind resistance hitting the windscreen is absorbed by the stiffener and maximum downforce is achieved, while Michal Orlowski prefers to mount it in the centre of the roofline to stiffen the upper part of the roof.

The beauty of this stiffener is that it is very versatile and can be used for all 190 mm bodies on the market!

The X-Lite duo weighs an incredibly light 1.5g in total! (plus mounting strap) It includes all mounting straps as well as pre-assembled carbon rods and end pieces.
