INOV8 Product Description

Introducing our brand new SlimX 2.0mm Carbon Type 2 Topdeck for Awesomatix A800RR.

These two-piece SlimX Type 2 top decks extend the flex point with their T-shaped design that provides a softer initial flex. This can be a great tuning option for the front or rear axle to adjust the balance of the car. The third and very rarely used bolt hole for the motor mount has been removed to allow for more tabs and fine tuning options. This top deck offers a number of flex options including bolt location and carbon tabs.

The use of Type 2 at the rear provides more rotation at the centre and exit of the corner. This frees up the rear of the car.

Using Type 2 on the front axle makes the car less aggressive in the beginning, easier to drive and has more steering later in the corner.

This 2.0 mm variant is ideal for use with carbon chassis with low to high traction and with aluminium and steel chassis with very high traction to prevent traction roll.

These 2.0mm SlimX top decks are CNC machined in Australia from high quality carbon fibre.

They are designed for use with the standard ST019 screws from Awesomatix.
