Introducing our brand new carbon short camber link bulkhead set for Yokomo MS2.0!

The standard design of the MS2.0 is only made for longer camber links, which according to our findings do not always offer the best handling. For this reason, most touring cars have the option of using long links, but short links are usually used. The shorter links provide better response and steering and make the car livelier in all conditions, according to the Yokomo team drivers.

We have developed a shorter camber link option. These bulkheads attach to the bulkheads and fit correctly with the supplied washers (2.5mm front and 2mm rear). The set is supplied with M3 threaded inserts that can be inserted from below and then tightened by tightening the ball studs.

The set does not include the screws required to attach the upper bulkheads. We recommend 4x M3x10mm and 4x M3x6mm screws, but other screws can also be used. You will also need shorter clamping screws with a length between 25 and 30 mm. The original long connecting rods can also be used with this configuration, but you will not be able to achieve such a low position of the inner connecting rod as before. We recommend using the optional lower ball studs from Yokomo, which lower the ball and provide a wider adjustment range.

As mentioned above, it is important to note that the inner balls are higher on this set. In testing, we have found that raising the outside of the joint to maintain a similar angle results in better handling and faster lap times. Just be careful not to raise it too much or the outer ball cups will touch the rim.

• 1x front left upper bulkhead
• 1x front right upper bulkhead

• 2x 0.5 mm washers
• 4x 2 mm washers

• M3x10 half-round screws
• M3x6 mm semi-circular head screws
• 8 x 25-30 mm long clamping screws

IMPORTANT! Assembly instructions:

We have included a small piece of adhesive tape made of rubberised material. This tape must be cut to the correct size and applied to the flat part of the milled section of the bulkheads. It is used to hold the eccentric bearing retainer in place and prevent it from rotating and changing the belt tension while driving.

Washers are required under the front and rear bolts that secure the upper bulkheads to the bulkheads. 2.5 mm at the front and 2 mm at the rear. These are included in the scope of delivery, but make sure that you fit them correctly, otherwise some parts may be deformed or damaged.
