Hobbywing's XeRun V10 G5 motor represents the next evolutionary step in competitive racing performance. The G5 has been redesigned from the ground up and delivers 3.9% more maximum power output and over 4% improvement in efficiency under high load compared to its already impressive predecessor, the G4R. Weighing 13g less than the G4R, the G5 offers a noticeably more agile and responsive driving experience on the track.

Heat management has been fundamentally redesigned in the G5. A new endbell design exposes more of the motor windings, allowing heat to be dissipated more effectively, while a patented cooling system integrated into the rotor keeps operating temperatures consistently low for consistent performance run after run. A special coating on the rotor surface provides corrosion protection and improved magnetic properties, enabling higher load capacity and greater power output. In addition, the G5 features optimised weight distribution that shifts the centre of gravity closer to the centre of the vehicle, improving driving stability and balance.
Fine-tuning is taken to a new level with the G5: The adjustable Hall sensor timing accuracy and Hall sensor spacing via three included spacers (0.1 mm, 0.2 mm and 0.3 mm) allow drivers to precisely adjust the Hall sensors and the feel of power delivery. The modular design allows for quick and easy disassembly for cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that your motor delivers maximum performance race after race.
