We would like to inform you about the following changes in the A800FXR Car Kit: 

C107FXG will be replaced by C107S-2.

This change is effective immediately and applies to kits delivered after 05/14/2025.

C107FXG will continue to be available as an optional part. 

C107S-2 will also be added and announced as a replacement/unique part shortly. 

We have decided to make an improvement to our A800FXR kit by replacing the C107FXG with the C107S-2. The reason for this is that the C107FXG is not ideally suited as a standard part for the average customer, as it is more sensitive in certain racing accidents. This softer part is best offered as an optional upgrade for experienced riders who are confident in their ability to avoid serious impacts and who fully understand both the benefits and limitations of this part.

The C107S-2 is the more reliable choice when it comes to wider suitability and longer durability, and will be the standard part in kits from now on.

Now that the A800R touring car platform is fully mature, it's time for the world of FWD vehicles to benefit from nearly two years of development work on its touring car counterpart. 

The A800FXR builds on the proven touring car concept of the A800R - shortened chassis plate for minimal overhang and chassis friction, improved damping characteristics compared to the FX EVO platform - while retaining the successful drive and steering geometry of its predecessor.

The main feature of the A800FXR kit is the new two-piece, dual-material chassis plate. The aluminum front section carries the front end, transmission and electronics and is connected to the carbon fiber rear section, which carries the rear end. It offers improved weight distribution and refined flex characteristics and provides unparalleled tunability as it allows 4 different wheelbase settings, giving a new dimension to the saying "the best of both worlds"!

The A800FXR introduces the newly developed D4 dampers. Building on the proven D3 damper concept - which featured external adjustment of the damping level - the new D4 iteration now also allows external switching between 3 damping modes: linear, semi-progressive and progressive, eliminating the need for a complete damper conversion to switch damping modes!

Other improvements to the D4 over the previous D3 include a wider spring adjustment range and increased travel.

The kit is equipped with a new fiberglass composite front upper deck which, along with an equally new carbon fiber rear upper deck, further increases front flex and improves flex distribution throughout the chassis frame.

To further improve tunability, the kit is rounded out by front BW41 and BW29 ballast weights mounted under the differential, as well as the newly developed ST265 Modular Bumper Weight, which is now included as standard and allows up to 6x ST110 round weights to be mounted in the front bumper, providing clean and infinitely adjustable weight distribution.
