The Airtronics Sanwa RX-493i RC receiver has been added to the range in response to a special customer request. A large stock unit for dealers, team drivers and the end customer is not planned and we cannot always ensure that a sufficient number of RX-493i is available for weekly orders and therefore control the delivery to our customers according to the date of receipt of the order.

The new receiver from Sanwa for the first time with a really cool feature! Behind the small i in the name is the "Signal Indicator", i.e. the receiver measures the signal strength and is able to report this back to the transmitter via telemetry. You can therefore see for yourself how your range is doing and whether measures to improve it are having a positive effect. The receiver is also dual-ID capable, i.e. it can be bound to two transmitters. Not for simultaneous use, but e.g. to share a car with two different transmitters when travelling long distances. However, the receiver can only operate in FH5 mode and is therefore currently not compatible with any remote control other than the M17 and MT-5.

The RX-493i is basically telemetry-capable, but cannot operate external sensors. An optional Sanwa controller is required to transmit speed and temperature.
