Installation Note: We recommend the use of genuine MIP 2.0mm hex spanners for optimal hex engagement and fitment. Most screw/hex nut failures we see are caused by over-tightening during installation. If you have problems with screws coming loose, be sure to use thread locking compound instead of over-tightening. This will keep the hex in excellent condition and your Pro Duty screws can be used again and again for years to come.

Use the steel bolts from your kit on the underside of the chassis. Using titanium bolts on the underside would increase the centre of gravity of the car and reduce stability and cornering speed. There are alternatives such as brass or tungsten bolts, but we have found that these are either too soft and break easily or are so rigid that they reduce the flexibility of the chassis and negatively affect handling.
