With the heatsink version of the 1upRacing gold plugs, this great product has been optimized again. You simply solder the gold plug as usual to the cable (make sure the solder joint is as flat as possible), push the aluminum cover over it and fix it with the small M3 grub screw from above. This way the lid/handle stays securely in place and does not need to be glued on. Due to the shape of the small aluminum parts, some heat is also dissipated from the plug, the handles act as a small heat sink, so to speak
