Nueva herramienta para amortiguadores Awesomatix: ¡aire fuera, rendimiento dentro!
La idea: Hace tiempo que queríamos desarrollar una herramienta que facilitara y aumentara la fiabilidad del llenado y purgado de los amortiguadores Awesomatix. ¡Ha llegado el momento!
El reto: El nuevo amortiguador es técnicamente un verdadero paso adelante en comparación con el antiguo amortiguador MMX, pero llenarlo limpiamente sin burbujas de aire era a menudo una prueba de paciencia hasta ahora.
Nuestra solución: Levantamos el amortiguador por el lado de la tapa para que los tornillos queden completamente rodeados de aceite, y donde hay aceite, el aire no tiene ninguna oportunidad.
Qué puede hacer la herramienta: Rellenar completamente el amortiguador después de abrir la tapa o simplemente ventilarlo de nuevo si ha entrado aire
Otro consejo: ¡No escatimes en aceite! Si no llenas suficientemente la tapa, el amortiguador puede volver a coger aire por el lado del rebote, lo que invertiría el efecto.
