MXLR V2 Front Body Support for Awesomatix A800R / A800RR
Con la tendenza a realizzare carrozzerie leggere e velocità massime sempre più elevate, la deformazione della carrozzeria sta diventando un vero e proprio problema per i piloti seri. La soluzione è il sistema di supporto della carrozzeria anteriore MXLR.
Previene la deformazione della carrozzeria alle alte velocità
Riduce il rischio di rottura dei passaruota anteriori a causa della deformazione.
Il supporto della carrozzeria è realizzato in nylon PA12, un materiale ottimizzato per resistere alla tensione, all'abrasione e alla forza.
Durante la progettazione della A800R / A800RR, abbiamo prestato particolare attenzione alle proprietà strutturali della carrozzeria in questo punto. L'auto deve potersi muovere in posizione: il montante non deve irrigidirla.
Il nostro design è stato scelto in modo da influenzare il meno possibile la flessione. Ora NUOVO: con incisione laser aggiuntiva!
Consigli per il montaggio
#1 - Scegli le viti M4 di lunghezza 6 mm o 8 mm a seconda dell'altezza del corpo utilizzato.
#2 - Avvita la vite M4 nel foro superiore del supporto. Questa operazione sarà difficile la prima volta perché la vite forma una propria filettatura. Dovresti avvitare la vite PRIMA di montare il pezzo nell'auto.
#3 - Rimuovi i due bulloni che collegano la piastra del paraurti dell'A800R alle paratie e monta il supporto. È necessario utilizzare viti SB3X8 o SB3X10 (invece delle originali SB3X6). Queste viti non sono incluse nel set. #4 - Regola il supporto all'altezza corretta. Il grano deve toccare il cofano - senza gioco aggiuntivo - non appena la carrozzeria poggia sui suoi supporti.

MXLR cerca di ottenere la migliore qualità possibile e per questo utilizza stampanti 3D in grado di garantirla; tuttavia, una parte stampata in 3D avrà sempre una finitura superficiale diversa da una parte fresata o stampata a iniezione.
