Uno strumento per rifinire uno pneumatico perfetto dopo averlo tagliato/centrato nella misura desiderata. Ma non è utile solo per gli pneumatici in gomma spugna: è perfetto anche per gli pneumatici in gomma per rimuovere o regolare la colla del fianco!
