MXLR Front Body Support for Xray X4 2025 / 2026 - X4F 2027
Con la tendenza verso carrozzerie sempre più leggere e, allo stesso tempo, velocità sempre più elevate, la deformazione della carrozzeria ad alta velocità sta diventando un problema sempre più grave. Il supporto anteriore per carrozzeria MXLR per XRAY X4'25 / X4'26 e X4F'27 è stato progettato proprio per questo.
Questo supporto aggiuntivo sostiene la parte anteriore della carrozzeria dall’interno e:
- impedisce la deformazione della carrozzeria alle alte velocità
- riduce il rischio di crepe nella zona dei passaruota anteriori
- garantisce che la carrozzeria mantenga meglio la forma prevista
- contribuisce così a garantire un effetto aerodinamico costante e la massima deportanza
- può prolungare notevolmente la durata delle carrozzerie particolarmente leggere
Il supporto anteriore MXLR è realizzato in plastica di alta qualità e presenta un'incisione laser su entrambi i lati.
Durante lo sviluppo è stata prestata particolare attenzione alla flessibilità del telaio nella zona anteriore. Il supporto carrozzeria è progettato in modo tale che la sua influenza sul comportamento di flessione del veicolo sia la più ridotta possibile.
Montaggio
Per il montaggio si consiglia di utilizzare:
- 2 viti M3, lunghe 8 mm, per fissare il supporto alla piastra del paraurti anteriore (non inclusa)
- 1 vite in alluminio, lunga 6 mm, per regolare l’altezza corretta (non inclusa)
La vite di regolazione superiore dovrebbe sfiorare appena l’interno del cofano, senza sollevare la carrozzeria né esercitare una tensione aggiuntiva. La carrozzeria stessa dovrebbe poggiare normalmente sulle clip anteriori o sugli O-ring.
Nota sulla produzione
Questo prodotto è un componente stampato in 3D. Per motivi legati alla produzione, sulla superficie potrebbero quindi essere presenti strati e linee visibili. MXLR punta a garantire la massima qualità di stampa possibile, tuttavia, per motivi legati alla progettazione, la finitura superficiale di un componente stampato in 3D non corrisponde a quella di un prodotto fresato o stampato a iniezione.
