Arrowmax ha lanciato un nuovissimo kit di conversione del telaio in acciaio per le auto elettriche da turismo, il cui primo prodotto è stato sviluppato per la Xray X4'25.
Il kit è realizzato in acciaio per molle temprato di 1,2 mm di spessore e offre un'eccellente elasticità. In combinazione con l'avanzata tecnologia di rivestimento PVD, non solo viene aumentata la resistenza alla corrosione della superficie, ma viene anche migliorata in modo significativo la durata complessiva. Le precise tecniche di produzione garantiscono inoltre la planarità del telaio e soddisfano i severi requisiti delle competizioni ad alte prestazioni.
Rispetto ai telai tradizionali in fibra di carbonio o alluminio, questo telaio in acciaio presenta vantaggi eccezionali in termini di durata e stabilità delle prestazioni. Il materiale in acciaio per molle temprato aumenta notevolmente la resistenza agli urti e alle deformazioni, garantendo prestazioni eccezionali anche in caso di uso intensivo e prolungato. Per ottimizzare il design complessivo, il telaio presenta anche un profilo più sottile ed è accompagnato da teste dei bulloni a 110 gradi appositamente adattate con bulloni ad alta resistenza di grado 12.9, che assicurano la durata e l'affidabilità degli elementi di fissaggio e ne prolungano significativamente la vita utile.
