RC MAKER Slimflex 2,2mm Carbon Chassis for Xray X4-2024

The RC Maker carbon fiber chassis (2.2mm thick) for the Xray X4-2024 touring car has been reworked in some key areas compared to the original chassis.

The normal completely milled out cut-outs for the diff and spool have been omitted, leaving a material thickness of 1.2mm in each case. This stiffens the front and rear sections of the chassis, which shifts the flex point more towards the center of the vehicle. This makes the X4-2024 more consistent and smoother to drive. Another positive effect is the improved aerodynamics on the underbody. Less air flows under the bodywork, which generates noticeably more traction on the track. The stiffer chassis also provides more stability and less flex at the front bulkheads of the X4-2024 (there is no longer a conventional shock tower).
