Elektrogesetz (ElektroG)
The electric Act governs the sale, return and environmentally compatible disposal of electrical and electronic equipment to protect the environment. It applies to electrical and electronic equipment falling under the categories of §2 Nr.1-10.
Gemäß §6 ist jeder Hersteller, bevor er Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte im Geltungsbereich dieses Gesetzes in den Verkehr bringt, verpflichtet, sich bei der zuständigen Behörde registrieren zu lassen. Zur Wahrung dieser gesetzlichen Pflicht ist unser Unternehmen mit den von uns in den Verkehr gebrachten Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten unter der WEEE-Reg.-No.: DE 53497240 bei der Stiftung EAR (Elektro-Altgeräte Register) registriert. Die für die Registrierung notwendige Garantiegestellung für die Finanzierung der Rücknahme und Entsorgung unserer Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte sowie die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Pflichten aus dem ElektroG erfolgt durch den Rechtsdienstleister take-e-way GmbH.

This symbol has the meaning that electrical appliances that are no longer used, should not be disposed with household waste. Electrical appliances may contain harmful substances or heavy metals, which can damage both the environment and health if improperly disposed. But Electric appliances also contain useful materials which can be recycled if necessary. Therfore, consumers are obliged by law to return old devices. The return is free of charge and can be done through an authorized depot or through our shop:

Batteriegesetz (BattG)
The Battery Act governs the sale, return and environmentally friendly disposal of batteries and accumulators to protect the environment. It applies to all types of batteries regardless of shape, size, mass, material composition or use. It also applies to batteries that are incorporated into other products or annexed to other products.
According to §4 each manufacturer, before placing batteries in the application of this Act onto the market, is obliged to indicate this to the Federal Environment Agency. To comply with this legal requirement, our company is registered with the battery brands that we have brought into circulation under number 21006343 at the Federal Environment Agency.
Furthermore, our company provides the fulfillment of the free take-back obligations of §5 with the participation in the recycling system of the Foundation Common Take-Back System of Batteries (GRS Batteries) according to §6 (GRS-membership number: 109 101 377).

Verpackungsverordnung (VerpackV)
According to §6 section 1 of the 7th amendment of the Verpackungsverordnung, manufacturers and distributors who first place goods including their packaging, which typically occur at households, on the market, have to participate in one or more systems in accordance with section 3 to ensure the comprehensive return of sales packaging. To ensure compliance with the legal obligations, licensing of our packaging quantities is made through the SUSA Solutions GmbH.
