Introducing our brand new Direct Mount Fan Shroud Pro for 30mm square fans!
Our fan shroud eliminates the need to purchase an aftermarket fan mount. The fan shroud bolts directly to the motor mount and lifts the fan and shroud off the case for uninterrupted flexibility. The assembly is also adjustable in/out and up/down by adding or removing washers on the bolt and sliding it into the slot. This can be handy for balancing your car or adjusting the height to compensate for the weight underneath!
Of course, this fan shroud can also be attached directly to the chassis with double-sided tape (not included)!
The shroud itself has been optimized to direct air to the motor without crushing the fan and reducing RPM. Many of the fan covers on the market today direct air but crush the fan, providing less air movement. We used a scale and fan mounting system to determine the effect of covers on air movement to the motor, and made sure there was absolutely no loss of air volume with our cover!
It is available for square and Moon fans, in 30mm and 40mm sizes for traditional square fans!
The kit includes a lightweight, high-resolution 3D-printed shroud with all the necessary mounting hardware.
Important Notice This fan shroud alone mounts to Awesomatix A800R/MMX and Yokomo BD10/11/12 engine mounts with no additional hardware.
For riders who want to mount this directly to XRAY X4'23/'24 or Mugen MTC2R, you will need to purchase the additional bracket that will position the shroud perfectly. This is available here for MUGEN and XRAY.
If you want to just tape it on, it will fit any touring car on the market!
