Nosram Aluminium Safety Mesh for 40mm Fan - Black

The NOSRAM aluminum guard grille is part of the new 1/8E Motor Cooling System.
This system was successfully used at the EFRA 1/8 E Buggy European Championships in 2023. In scorching heat, it kept the engine temperatures at an unprecedented low level.
The aluminum grille protects the fan, reinforces the fan housing and provides a cool look.
The unique grille design provides additional ventilation from the side for maximum cooling.
The integrated needle in the center of the grille prevents axial movement of the fan wheel, increasing reliability.
The NOSRAM aluminum guard grille set includes mounting hardware for 15mm and 10mm fans.
Tip: Always screw the aluminum guard with all 4 screws to strengthen the fan frame!
The 1/8E engine cooling system consists of our NOSRAM aluminum fan mount (#901975), NOSRAM high speed engine fans (#901847 / #901827) and the matching NOSRAM aluminum guard grille (#901981) to keep the engine cool in any situation.
