MR33 F1 High Downforce Wing by Ehrbar Engineering - White

After a year of development and testing, the Ehrbar Engineering Formula high downforce front wings for 1/10th scale Formula 1 race cars are now available. The wings are designed for high performance without compromising the look of modern Formula race cars.

Many different variants have been tested by David Ehrbar and his core test team, and even more have gone through the "Ehrbar Engineering Virtual Windtunnel" process.

The available product produces plenty of downforce in all conditions, while generating much less turbulence than most 1/10th scale front wings. In addition, the airflow is quite stable, resulting in very predictable handling in low and high speed corners. At the same time, the wing needed to be robust enough to withstand serious wheel-to-wheel racing.

Therefore, a one-piece wing with high chord length and low angle of attack was chosen, with a curved profile to use ground effect more in the midsection and in front of the wheels and less in the area in between.

Downforce is equal to or higher than most available wings with bolt-on flaps, and yet the car remains easy to drive because airflow to the body and rear wing is much less disturbed.

Thanks to the curved underside, downforce can be fine-tuned by adjusting the ride height. The wing produces the most downforce when routed as close to the ground as possible.

The wings are available in black (EW01B) and white (EW01W) material.

The wings are constructed in two parts. Wings, wing holders and the connecting screws are included. The wings should fit any current 1/10 Scale Formula 1 RC car with the typical M4 mounting screws.
