Arrowmax wprowadził na rynek zupełnie nowy zestaw do konwersji stalowego podwozia do elektrycznych samochodów turystycznych, którego pierwszy produkt został opracowany dla Xray X4'25.
Zestaw wykonany jest z hartowanej stali sprężynowej o grubości 1,2 mm i oferuje doskonałą elastyczność. W połączeniu z zaawansowaną technologią powlekania PVD, nie tylko zwiększono odporność powierzchni na korozję, ale także znacznie poprawiono ogólną żywotność. Precyzyjne techniki produkcji zapewniają również płaskość podwozia i spełniają rygorystyczne wymagania zawodów wyczynowych.
W porównaniu z konwencjonalnymi podwoziami z włókna węglowego lub aluminium, to stalowe podwozie ma wyjątkowe zalety pod względem trwałości i stabilności osiągów. Hartowany materiał ze stali sprężynowej znacznie zwiększa odporność na uderzenia i odkształcenia, zapewniając wyjątkową wydajność nawet przy intensywnym i długotrwałym użytkowaniu. Aby zoptymalizować ogólną konstrukcję, podwozie ma również smuklejszy profil i jest wyposażone w specjalnie dostosowane łby śrub o kącie 110 stopni ze śrubami o wysokiej wytrzymałości klasy 12.9, które zapewniają trwałość i niezawodność elementów złącznych oraz znacznie wydłużają żywotność.
